Sothys Malaysia Shipping Policy

At Sothys Malaysia, we believe your skincare journey should be seamless from purchase to delivery. Every parcel is prepared with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all addresses in Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak).

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak festive periods and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Track your shipment in real-time through our courier partners (e.g., GDex or PosLaju).


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

  • Couriers may attempt redelivery if you are unavailable; additional charges may apply for multiple failed attempts.

  • Please ensure your shipping details and contact number are correct at checkout.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Our Customer Care team will assist with a replacement or resolution promptly.


7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Changes to the delivery address after checkout are not guaranteed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
