Return Policy

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (Sothys Malaysia)

At SOTHYS Malaysia, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Eligibility

We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that:

  • Are damaged during delivery, OR

  • Contain manufacturing defects.

For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, or due to change of mind.

2. Notification Period

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if you encounter a defect or issue.

  • Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible.

3. Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@sothys.com.my with:

    • Order number

    • Name and code of the product

    • Seal of Quality sticker number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photo evidence of the defect/damage

  2. Our team will respond within 3 working days with instructions.

  3. Once approved, please return the item to our authorized courier (GD Express Sdn. Bhd.) or send to:

4. Replacement & Refund

  • Replacement: A new item (subject to availability) or equivalent product will be shipped within 7 working days of receiving your return.

  • Refund: If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned parcel.

5. Terms & Conditions

  • All returns require prior authorisation via email.

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Unauthorised returns or mismatched Seal of Quality numbers will not be accepted.

  • SOTHYS Malaysia covers return shipping costs for verified defective claims.

  • If returned through non-authorised couriers, loss or damage is at customer’s risk.

  • Unclaimed or refused parcels will be subject to two-way shipping charges.
