Return & Exchange
We gladly accept exchangeable, returnable or refundable unless due to manufacturing or shipping defect. Should you encounter item(s) with manufacturing or shipping defects, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours from the date receipt.
Any notification done after 24 hours from the date receipt will not be entertained. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond to your request within 3 working days.
Upon approval; return your item(s) for a replacement at any GD Express Sdn. Bhd. branches. A replacement product (subject to availability) or product of the similar value will be shipped within a minimum of 7 working days upon receiving your defective item(s).

- Refund Method
Refund will be in the form of credit to be given in a promo code back to your Sothys online account. It will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive your returned item. You may use the credit points within 3 months.
- Terms and Conditions
- All returns must be sent back to the above address with prior authorization email.
- Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Unauthorized returns and items bearing different Seal of Quality sticker number will be refused or disregarded.
- SOTHYS Malaysia is not responsible for items lost and cost of shipping if you choose to return the product via other shipping method.
- SOTHYS Malaysia reserves the right to replace the item subject to availability of stock.
- SOTHYS Malaysia will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid.
- SOTHYS Malaysia reserves the right to decide the reshipping methods.
- Unclaimed Packages
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charges that was paid by us to send the parcel.
